Had a good, injury free (almost) year this year and rode more which was my main aim after a terrible 2012, and want more of the same in 2014. I only fell off the bike twice this year, and managed to do one slow century ride.

I don't have a trip computer/smartphone so don't have specific performance figures to compare each year's progress.

There is so much more to life than cycling but next year my main aim is to stop life getting in the way of cycling so often.

I would like to average at least three decent rides every week, with one on the road, then the fitness aims will follow. The bike I am building should help increase the road mileage.

I also want to maintain my weight at a pound or two either side of 150.
