Those look very promising, especially if you say they fit on your track bike! Though, I assume you don't have caliper brakes on there, which is where my width issue comes in. Any chance you've got a caliper and could take me a width and height measurement? Don't think any of my LBSs will stock these, and it'd be a shame to buy a pair just to have it not fit.
I actually do run a regular tektro calliper in the front and the tires fit between them without rubbing. The axel-to-crown length on my fork is a little long though (368mm) so it is possible that these wouldn't work for everybody. I don't have a calliper but if I just eyeball with a ruler it looks pretty close to 30mm across and 28mm from the top of the rim lip to the top of tire.
