But hopefully not impossible to attain.
Right now I sit behind a desk all day and my schedule means riding is limited to early morning from 6 to 7 am, or after work...weather permitting.
I do all of the cooking, so evening rides are never longer than an hour or Mrs. Doc gets testy.
Even daily rides and (during the winter) thrice-weekly spin sessions only keep me at par weight-wise.
I'm lighter than I was five years ago, but am convinced that the only way to get back to 180 is to move around more all day long. I figure a nice 2 hour ride each day will do the trick...
