I don't know how bad you get gout, But the best way I can descibe the pain in my outbreaks is it feels like some one heated a 200lb anvil to bright orange and dropped it on my big toe joint from about 5 ft
I can't funtion at anything .
I had a BP. med kill my strength too also some bp meds can agravate gout ask your doc
