Generally I try to be home by 2-3pm so I can shower and still have some family time and run around somewhere. Good days I leave the house at 7am and only really stop for a brunch at the deli our club is sponsored by and fit what ever miles I can in that time frame. Few lunch or night rides during the week keeps legs pretty primed for Saturday's abuse.

With my form up, my buddies are trying to drag me into crit racing this season so that will really impact my mileage count. Gonna be crazy change to going from fast 4-5hr rides to very fast 40min race. Might have to do multiple races to get my energy out
I'm not sure that explanation decreases my astoundedness. Nice.
