Yah, that's what I mainly noticed myself first off, but as others pointed out if you blow up the picture and look closely the bag he has hanging on his bars is a back-pack and his shoes are loose tennis shoes that are not laced up. Basically guy riding down wrong side of road with only one hand on the handlebars that have an off balance weight on the other end which designed to go on the back not hang on the end of bar and pedaling with unlaced loss shoes (and also no gloves but if its not too cold or too far even I do that). Repeatably carrying an open cup containing hot coffee.

Some rather harsh comments have resulted as to his intelligence and how he "deserves" what he is "going to get". The I hope he wrecks and wears the coffee and he is going to scald himself and that someone should throw a snowball at him and knock him down kind of comments.
