With some glove/bar-tape combinations, I find that that the glove grips the bar-tape but my hands move forward inside the glove thus adding more weight to my hands causing them to go numb. If I consciously watch it and relieve the weight on the hands, there is no numbness.
That's my thinking as well, going to try some different gloves and also get fitted and see what happens? Thanks!
