Worth the hassle?

Currently riding a 2011 CAAD SuperSix 1 frame that has seen better days. The frame and fork have been inspected and was given four thumbs up, but there are very noticeable wear marks inside the front fork, and several spots on the frame. The paint has also faded and it looks awful in the light. Would it be worth seeking out a price quote for paint and repair? If it's cheaper to buy a whole new frame then so be it, but if it isn't I'd like to get a rough idea on what it would cost to repair some nicks in the carbon and repaint the frame and fork.

Thanks
