If a reader of this thread made the assumption that you did nothing in the interim, they would wonder why you can't wait for next month when you have already been waiting for 4 years.
But the main reason I am typing is that I love visiting Fremont when I am in the northwest. I lived in that area when I was in kindergarten, a little over 50 years ago... and I have enjoyed driving through and checking out that area whenever I am in the Puget Sound area visiting family. Thanks for the momentary flashback from 4 years ago.
