race season 2014 + race weight

looking to lose 10 more lbs...but i have the question of...tomorrow I have a massive climb to do, and I want to eat enough to fuel for tomorrow.

do i worry about dieting calorie wise the day before? or just eat normal amount [not over doing it].

what do you do to lose weight even while racing?
just curious.
