I don't know jack about computers. You can build one. Maybe that's the correlation. The more computer savvy, the more likely you have a PC.
Whether I represent the average consumer, I don't know. I just want my computer to work. I dislike change. I find unreliability frustrating.
I know a guy with the ultimate job: he designs war simulations for the DOD.
He loves Apple products; however, the DOD requires PC, so that's what he uses for design.
