The antihelmet crowd here has shown no real ability to discuss this. They often use the same tactics that they criticise the prohelmet crowd for using.
And nearly no one here is for "must wear laws".
The antihelmet crowd just
assumes that people who think helmets are useful are for such laws. I guess they do that because it's easier to argue against that strawman.
