This is a day I might not have ridden, except its on my schedule and since I'm advertising here...
Three 10 minute intervals at LT or SS or whatever you want to call it. This is the first workout that hurt a little.
Tomorrow is easier but I have to wake up before work and get it in.
Saturday is my first barfomatics, and I am covering for my group this weekend. Could get weird.

This is from Secondsapp Pro. Cost less than $5 if I recall. It lets you generate your own intervals and your own soundtracks. Your soundtracks can be randomly pulled from a playlist so you don't grow to hate any particular track.
