Weight Loss: down from 205lbs at thanksgiving to 190+/-, need to drop the last 2'ish LB's in the next few weeks (need to be closer to weight class for powerlifting)

Weight Lifting- Still as strong as i was at 200lbs.. slow gains and no backslides is the goal..

training:
My training doesn't really vary that much during the year.. maybe more longer efforts now- more shorter in season.. but to most people my training would seem the same..

what a week looks like:
Mon- Gym (texas method- 5x5@ 90% of my 1x5max/deads) followed by 45min rollers
tue- 2hr Ergo interval session
Wed- Gym (2x5@75%) 45min Ergo
Thurs- 2hr Ergo interval session
Fri- Gym (TX 1x5max/power cleans) 45min rollers
Sat- 2.5 road ride- this one is a fast one!

adds up to about 8hrs of saddle time a week.. closer to season i try to get to the track instead of the thursday ergo- and closer to competition i might drop the group ride for saturday track..

i thrive on Volume and Repetition...
