This is a ride I've been wanting to do for a couple years now. I've got a really long list of rides I want to do, though, so it hasn't happened yet. How strongly would you recommend it? Where'd you wind up parking? (I don't have a Discover Pass, so either the park is off limits to me or I have to cough up some cash.)
Spring is coming pretty quickly this year. If you're willing to drive your bike around for a good ride, consider heading up north for the Skagit Tulip Flats, it's about a 40 to 50 mile loop.
