I'm in for 100 miles. On an exercise bike... for the month of February. I figure I can get in 9 miles in half hour time slots, 4 days a week. In case i miss a day or it gets nice enough out to walk, or enough snow to snowshoe, I'll shoot low Exercise bike is boring, after all. But, once I hit about 12 minutes, its easy sailing from there!

Today was only my 3rd day on it, however, for this year. I slacked a bit! Also started using myfitnesspal app again. Its so easy to use, I don't know why I stopped. I could have probably lost my goal of 25lbs long before now had I kept using it...
