It's still winter for most of us, but there are ways to keep "biking fit" with a little dedication and effort. Miles on a trainer, rollers and even an outdoor ride, if nature allows, will lead to better fitness come spring time.
So get motivated and set a goal! Without a goal it's too easy to wimp out, and nobody really wants to do that!
