I agree with mconlonx. Get a trailer or a bigger bike (but, really, a trailer). I wouldn't put two toddler seats on most bikes (let alone a folder).
you'd be surprised, but I feel more confident with a child in a folder (mine, at least) than in another bike. It's stronger and stiffer than it may look.
