Then don't worry about touch up paint - you need something to prevent the rub in the first place.

Get a big roll or sheet of sticky back Velcro and use the fuzzy side. Cut it to fit the spots where cables rub. Cut other chunks to fit over spots where you find your frame prone to getting gouged up. Not invisible, but blends fairly well with black carbon. I've got a mix of that and mastic tape covering the scratch and rub prone areas on my Blur TRc - works really well.

There are several kinds of various clear stick on things you can use to do the same thing. YMMV.
