I think my company really appreciates having a bike commuter. It gives them a little more environmentalist credibility, and I've done a couple of local interviews set up by the Clean Air Campaign which they also like. They moved the rack to a bay right next to the employee door, the closest possible parking in the entire space, with video security and frequent patrols, so I've got no complaints there.
It would be too divergent from the general culture here to try to wheel it inside - I don't think that most people would understand why a cyclist would want to. Park and walk 20 feet works for me.
