No rides with the wife, but did a 70 mile race on Saturday & 62 mile race on Sunday.
Saturday was mostly flat and the pace wasn't bad at all. But... I burned 3000 calories and don't think I refueled enough for the rest of the day... because on Sunday I started a 2 man break from the start, and bonked at mile 50 just before the big climb. First time I'vs ever bonked, and it's not any fun. Oh well, at least my breakaway buddy held off the pack and won the race.
