Motobecane Grand Touring Bicycle (Baltimore, MD)

Up for sale is a Motobecane Tour bike. This is a beautiful classic ride.

-59cm lugged steel frame (Vitus 888)
-Stronglight Crank (triple)
-27" Weinmann concave wheels laced to Deore rear hub, Malliard Front
-New Panasonic Pasela Tour Guard tires
-Shimano Deore rear derailleur, Huret front
-Selle Italia Suede saddle
-SR Flutted Seatpost
-CTA Stem, M logo Bars
-Weinmann Leves and Centerpulls
-Front and rear racks
-Chrome Fork
-Bluemel Rear Fender

The bike is ready to ride. Asking $500
Seller might as well list it on Ebay for that price. $500, imo, is way too much for that model, as I have seen them for almost half that price, in just as nice a shape. (Unless I am being stupid and missing something )

Edit: Just to be sure, checked some of the search engines......and yea, those Motobecane Grand Tourers with the Vitus tubing sell for anywhere between 200-$350, depending on area and condition. $500 is an absurd price.
