I have broken free of Clydesdale status this past week. At last. We joined a really excellent gym recently, and the swimming and aerobic workouts seem to be doing justice to the cost.
I might have to start shopping for a new wardrobe soon, however.
About to set off for our first 100km ride in several years. It's a recce for a nouveau type of event in a couple of weeks, just to see if we can make the required minimum average time. It's a pretty part of the world and Machka should be stopping often for pictures.
