-9000 brake and shift cable's
-Installed Veloplugs on the Enve's
-Ultralight tubes
-I have KCNC RD pulleys in transit, should be here by weeks end.

I'm waiting to take it in and weigh it. If my math is correct, I should be around 14lbs on the dot if not under! (I weighed in at 13.1 without chain, cables and housing) I will be swapping out the handlebar tape for lizardskins 1.8 race tape which will save another 15g. I took it around the block and the braking does seem nicer, though if I'm being honest, I miss the feel of the ultegra brake lever. The DA is a bit thinner, but I guess that's where part of the weight savings is.

Bianchi,

Honestly mate, if you're going to play the weight weenie game, play it right. Trim those brake and shifter cables so they don't extend beyond the pinch bolt. If you've got room for a crimped end, they're too long.
