When I was working out and walking everywhere and eating beans and rice (no car, not a lot of money) I was 170pounds. Which would be fine for a MALE at 5' 11" but is considered overweight for me, FEMALE. I remember seeing a new physician years ago when I was 170lbs and she looked at my chart then looked at me and did a double take and said, "wow. you're really lean". So that's my goal. 170lbs.
I'm 1/4 of the way there, having lost 20 pounds since January.
That reminds me, we have a body fat measuring device around here somewhere.
