You could be right on the rim profile. But many of these companies sell wheels with CX ray spokes and either Bitex or Novatec hubs. Boyd uses cx ray spokes and used to have Bitex, but they have switched to a proprietary design that includes the 11 speed compatibility and has better geometry than the Bitex. But they are still being produced by one of the Taiwanese companies out of similar materials and bearings.

Now, if you were going to say better built and better nipples (Boyd uses brass instead of the AL on most of these), you would be making a better case.
good point Canam. i would love to have some Chris King hubs but they are expensive and will drive the price up a bit. The more that I read about the Boyd wheels, the more I like them, particularly since they are not $3000.
