My winter Giro's have showed me that my summer Pearl's are causing some numbness issues IF I am not diligent about mixing up hand positions. The Pearls have a bunch of gel pads, and one in particular- a thick one on the lower corner of the palm opposite the thumb- seems to be a problem for me. My next summer glove will have a more generalized padding scheme, rather than thick, discrete gel pads.
