Hi everyone. I'm a 56 yr old male living in West Virginia. I took up riding 2 years ago to help me stay in shape and keep the weight off after weight loss surgery. 2012 was my best year by far I began riding in April and logged 2600 miles by the end of the year. I also completed my first century in Oct 2012. I moved 3 times last year so my time on the bike suffered. Plus the fact that I moved from southern New Jersey (flatlands) to West Virginia (oh, the hills!). Looking forward to getting to know some folks on here and sharing some good info.
