looks like an early 2003 or 2004 Specialized 415 or Fuse 1. looks like a good project. You can pick up a smaller sprocket and freewheel for pretty cheap, and then it would be well set up to shred the local skatepark. Or leave it as is, take the gyro off and get your kid into racing.
