I need to replace the 11-30 7 speed cassette/chain for my Breezer Zig 7. This bike is a re-badged Dahon, and apparently the 11-30 cassette is a special set-up for Dahon bikes, not really listed for replacement cassettes. I can easily find a 12-32 or 11-28 and was wondering if others have substituted these gearing options with good results?

use the 12 32 if you like to go up hills easier and have no trouble spinning out at high speed
use the 11 28 if you like going faster and dont have trouble getting up the hills
