I second the pump, multi-tool and inner tubes with the addition of tire levers. These are a must have for road cyclists.
A seat bag to put your road side emergency gear in would be nice.
Bike shorts for sure if you are planning on doing any serious distance riding.
A jersey will offer sweat wicking and some extra storage in the rear pockets.
