Sunday -- I thought I might need a rest day today, so that's what I planned, but I actually felt pretty good all day.
Nevertheless, we did take a sort of rest day. We went to the tip shop and local shopping centre ... and we went for a 2.5 km walk on the beach.
It has been a little while since we've walked on the beach (a few weeks) so it was nice to do it again on a nice warm, sunny afternoon. Just beautiful.
The only downside was the jellyfish that stung me ... but that was almost to be expected given the quantity of them around this year.
