What is your daily caloric intake ??
I get between 2600-3000 calories per day. It's a sweet spot for me. I am 6 feet tall and eating this way keeps my weight at 168-170 pounds, which is perfect. What about you ??.. How many calories per day do you eat and how much do you weigh ??
