Problem with the Kilo frame is he would have to get the fork threaded or get a threaded fork to replace it to run a quill. I have emailed bike island to see if they would sell me just the frame without the fork and they never got back to me.
Yeah I probably wouldn't get one of these bike island frames unless I could order it without the fork. I really just want something that I can beat up and not worry about so the cheaper the better. I'll look around for Mercier track frames without forks. Otherwise I'll widen the search to used, or buck up the extra $100 for a Rush.
