So the news is, I fished out the nipples using a metal skewer and patiently tilted the wheel and got it out. I couldnt use the shake technique because i have tubular wheels and the excess glue prevented them from falling out.

And, I laced the wheel with ease. Just waiting to tension the wheel and glue on a fresh tire to go onto the track!
