When I lost a tooth, I did a lot of reading and found that implants had higher satisfaction ratings than bridges, so I went with the implant. The annoying part was the 9 month delay from having the post implanted, until they could mount the crown on it, but fortunately it was a molar, so no one could see there was a tooth missing. No problems whatsoever since it was finished. I can't even tell the difference, except when I floss.
