Well for budget ww....used parts are 10-40$each, which means if you play your cards right, could break even (or close to it) with selling the old stuff
But after looking at some parts, I think I am going to go with 3T Rontundo pro bars, ARX II Stealth stem, and their IONIC 25setback seat post. Seems like the cost/weight ratio is spot on with those parts. and being alloy I don't mind buying them used
