Yep, that's what I've been doing for the last two to three years. I figured I'd toss it up. At least the interval guess lines up with the test result. Verification for my interval method. I still need to do a real test for 5" and 1'. I did 5' last week, four rows above my FTP, so at least I know where to keep focusing my main efforts. I'll bet that 1' is pretty weak right now though.
