I ain't gunna read all the above,
but the last relevant lecture I attended said that the most important weights warm-up was one that was specific to the movement. In other words, it's insufficient to warm up on a bike, then go straight to doing your maximum bench. Light sets first.....etc
anyway, I can't touch a weight after a 'proper' run (I can't run anymore) or decent bike ride, so I'd have to do the weights first.
