It seems okay BUT, you've no idea which one of the two bikes will even pretend to fit you. IF you can ride one and are lucky enough to find that it fits and feels great, go for it. Anything apart from actually riding the bike you buy is a gigantic gamble because you don't know what the sizes actually mean and you don't know what the physical size of the brute is.
So, unless you can find one in a shop that lets you ride it and you're lucky enough to ride it and think 'gee, this fits me perfect', keep looking. The bike is okay but selling to a very limited market ... while pretending otherwise.
