$400 for a 2003 Specialized Allez Sport 27?

Looking for an affordable entry-level bike to get into road biking and came across this one. Original asking price was $600.

Here's what I know: purchased new in 2002, very good condition (ridden less than 400 miles), aluminum frame, carbon fiber fork and saddle post, 27-speed (Shimano Tiagra shifter and Shimano 105 group set), Alex AT400 wheels, Michelin Axial tires (reinforced Kevlar), Serfas gel seat, minor scratches, includes handlebar-mounted Cateye MITY 3 computer (speed, distance, time) and rear view mirror at no additional cost. Was also recently serviced by experienced pro bike tech (who apparently valued bike at $600).

I was able to talk the seller down to $400 after quoting Bicycle Blue Book ($250) and mentioning a separate listing for a newer 2005 Specialized Allez Sport Tripple with similar specs and components, as well as $400 worth of upgrades, for $600. Except the Tripple is 52cm and the 27 is 56cm (I'm around 5'10").

Thoughts?
