Google intermittent fasting to see the ins and outs. I've read a bit on it and my brother has been doing it for over a year and he's had great results. Supposedly it also helps level out blood sugar and he's also lost close to 20 pounds doing this alone. He's probably only 10 pounds over his ideal weight but it seems to be helping me with losing weight as well.
