Often. I figure most cyclist, myself included, do too much, so as long as I don't have an A race around the corner, I skip and move workouts all the time based on how I am feeling. I have actually scrapped most of the last 2 weeks of training to try and redo my schedule and work in races and fix some odd feelings in my legs.

Yesterday was an interval day that turned into one good interval and 2 crappy ones and done for the day way early. Today was a zone 3 ride to try and flush things out and I will try again tomorrow with intervals.
