Fenders will go on there no prob. Up front there are lowrider mounts on the fork legs;just mount the struts to those,and maybe shorten the struts if necessary.
Out back,just use a longer bolt and spacer on the left strut. You can even just do that up front if you don't want to mess with shortening the struts. Like this:
