I found out that my quadriceps are really tight. Maybe this is the real cause of my patellar tilt. Try this stretching exercise and see if your quadriceps are tight like me but be easy on your quadriceps tendons. Mine are quite sore because of the inflammation so I can't do this exercise as long as I want:
