There are various islands that pop up for sale from time to time.
Or you can just move to some of the cities that already exist with what you want. Zermatt in Switzerland immediately comes to mind.
And I am sure you would fit in fine with some of the religious groups in the eastern part of the US such as the Amish.
Some people have dreams and go back to sleep. Others live them.
