We're pretty lucky to have him up here in NorCal. He's out at 95% of the races, takes great shots, does a great job organizing them on his site (road races are a bit more challenging than crits), and is a contributor on some local race blogs (e.g., NorCalCyclingNews.com). Nice guy, too.
