angeles natl forest backcountry stores between la canada and hwy 39?

to those of you that ride the roads of the angeles national forest between la canada and dawson saddle...is there a reliable store(s) along hwy 2, upper big tujunga rd or anf road n3
to resupply with water, soda, snacks? open only on the weekends? aware of the crystal lake store on the 39 but dunno the hours of operation.

haven't been up there in a long time and definitely not since the grand conflagration a few years ago. guessing that fire may have forced a existing backcountry business or two into
permanent closure. looking to do a solo century ride in the area but would prefer not to carry 4 water bottles and a grip of grub if there is a place for provisions along the route.
thanks in advance for your time and responses.
