That is true too! I like the diet app for monitoring my carbs, fat, and proteins... amounts and percentages. Cutting back.... doesn't or shouldn't mean unhealthy meals. I personally like around 20-25 percent of my calories from fat, 50% carbs, and 20-25% protein. Although... if I don't monitor my diet I found I tend to lean more towards carbs... and not consume enough protein.

So the apps work well for getting balance in a diet too.
