Continental’s website indicates that your
700 x 47 tires have a max pressure of 58 PSI, but I’d check the sidewalls of your tires, as they could potentially indicate a 65 PSI max pressure
. In any case, I’d inflate them to their max pressures, which will make them roll more efficiently thus making pedaling somewhat easier and allowing for slightly higher speeds
